The aim of Olsen House School is to encourage pupils to take responsibility for their own behaviour based on an awareness of the rights of others around them. We seek to promote high standards from everyone in the school. We expect our pupils to understand and follow the 5 school rules.
The policy for promoting good behaviour outlines how pupils are rewarded for their good behaviour and improvements in their behaviour and how this is balanced with sanctions for poor or unacceptable behaviour. This policy is available at school.
To support this policy the school has a sanctions policy which outlines sanctions the school may use if a pupil displays behaviour that is poor or unacceptable. This policy outlines the range of sanctions the school may use. The sanctions policy is available at school.
The school keeps records on all incidents, sanctions and exclusions.
“Students behaviour is good and sometimes outstanding”.
